Refunds And Cancellations.

In order to receive a refund, please Write, Email or Call us and we will be happy to refund your money, under the following conditions. Refund requests must be done Prior to your monthly billing cycle.



All Enrollment and Processing Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. These fees are for enrollment in the various Networks and help pay for the Membership Kits we send out to all new enrollees.

You may cancel your Health Care Plan at anytime and all future payments will be terminated. You must contact the Medical Savings Association Customer Support department in order to cancel your account.
